Gefällt mir. Kann man aufjedenfall empfehlen
Für einen Weckerhasser die perfekte App! Das Aufstehen nun kein Problem mehr :P
Tolle App . Ohne Stress wach werden .
Kleines Minus: verbraucht einiges an Akku
Love it
☺️☺️☺️☺️great
I missed an important text because of this app turned off my ring tone. I turned off all focus features and this app reapplied them without notifying me. Caution with this app you may miss important calls or text messages.
I love it!!❤️
Setting up the sequential sounds to wake-up by did not come up in the alarm set up after I bought it. Very frustrating
It’s no Pillow, but it’s free and has smart alarm. However, my airpods don’t work while app is running.🙄🙄
Asks you to download an app you already have every time you open it
This app mimics my recollection of my sleep patterns. I feel like it is pretty accurate.
I have been using this for over a year and it was working great. However lately it has been shutting itself off or not recording my sleep. I suspect it has something to do with a recent iPhone os update and/ or other apps messages are interfering with it. This didn’t happen before unless I answered a call. I have added no new apps to my phone. I regularly get Skype and text messages while I sleep, never made a difference before. I hope it goes back to working again.
Can’t get it to work. Why?
I love the alarm feature. I like that you can see how long you’re setting your alarm for, but I don’t think that the “sleep” times are very accurate. I have a partner who goes to be later than I do, and I wake up earlier than him. So I think him getting into be skews my data. Also, I don’t like that it has to use the microphone at all times. I feel like there are some privacy issues there.
Only now I realize that this App records our morning conversations!! Does Sleep Science share information with others? or do these recordings stay in our phones?
The alarm didn’t sound off on the second day I had the app because an ad popped up when I I turned the alarm on before I went to bed that I didn’t see. A warning would have been nice to have. Of course the first I used the app ads didn’t pop up so I woke up in time and had a peaceful awakening looking forward to it on my second day but it failed me.
I loved this app until it woke me up at 2 am with scary voices saying I was on a live stream!!! Really!!!!!! I loved the app so so so much until now. But really, what is wrong??
I have been using this app for over a week now, everyday I woke up feeling better. Physically and even mentally, which has given me better days of happiness, work performance ETC. Try it, it might be part of the change that you didn’t even know about.
It actual tracks your sleep time!
Ridiculously bad interface. I can’t find or do anything. Pointless.
The app doesn’t seem to simply just let me set up as an Alarm Clock.
This is one of my most important apps! I feel well rested in the morning. I set my desired sleep time to 7.5 to go along with 90 minute REM cycles. I love the vibrate alarm feature because I sleep with earplugs in, and I don’t wanna wake my roommate.
It would be better if you could see your sleep average compared to desired sleep. ***Update*** I did as the developer stated. All that happened was the graph changed from the current day to the current year, which I already knew how to do. So I will try to be more clear. When I click on the graph for the month or year; it would be nice to get an average of month/year sleep compared to desired sleep. If I get eight hours a day the first two weeks and six hours a day for the next two weeks; then I averaged seven hours a day for the month... I could add each day up and divide by the total number of days to get the average. This is just a suggestion that I feel would make this app great but hey it’s free so...
My only complaint is that sometimes when i snore it counts me as awake.
But cannot get it to record any data from my sleep.
I like a lot of things about this alarm, except that you can snooze this thing forever. Which for me means I’ll stay in bed way longer than I want to.
I got this app 2 weeks ago, looking to improve my sleep time (I was getting about 5 hours a night, if I was lucky). I didn’t have really high hopes; after all, how could my phone help me sleep? Well, first off it had me set a goal for my sleep time. Well, I’d try for seven, I thought, of course not expecting to get anywhere near seven. I admit, the first night I mainly laid awake staring at it. Because you see, you must keep the app open while you sleep (keep the phone plugged in or you’ll run down the battery). No checking the news, no googling random ideas that hit you at 12:45, no Candy Crush. I got my first clue that night as to why I wasn’t sleeping so well! The next morning I was awakened by... wind chimes? And a graph was waiting for my perusal, showing me exactly how long I’d laid awake! As nights passed I noticed what helped and what didn’t: beer after six (No), beer at dinner (no effect) valerian root before bed (yes, but prepare for really intense dreams), games on my phone (no), outdoor physical activity (oh yes). This past week I have twice made my goal of 7 hours. The other days I got 6 1/2, 6 and 44 minutes, and so on. I definitely recommend this app!
Just start using this app I like the features in the bar comparisons we can see what you got for the week the month etc. going to mess around with it more see what options it has recommended
This is not good if you were somebody who can hit snooze and snooze and snooze go back to sleep. I would have the alarm set for 4:30 and hit snooze I’ll wait till six when I realized oh crap I’m supposed to leave only 10 minutes.
This is such a good app, definitely recommend
It's does a great job tracking how you sleep, but it's alarm is too soft for me
Not sure yet
I use this app every night and here's why: -it uses the sensors in the phone to track sleep progress, no smart watch needed. -it wakes you up when you're naturally ready to wake up. I wake up feeling way more alert and rested. No more groggy mornings! -finally, the alarm sounds are quality and gentle.
Sleep monitor is suspect. It offers an audio sample from who knows what part of sleep (loudest section?) upon waking. It tracks all sounds, even cars and trains that pass during the night. Vibration detection is helpful to know how much movement occurred during sleep, provided it wasn't actually traffic. But I have personally yet to see it adjust the alarm to be within my lightest sleep state. It seems to always just work like a regular alarm and wake me exactly at the time I put, even though I stipulated to pick from a range of up to 30 minutes early to catch me before starting another cycle. And a serious issue is a couple times the app crashed and so the alarm reset to off and therefore didn't sound. I would need to be lucky or use a backup up alarm to be sure I get up.
I like this app mainly for the gentle bamboo chime alarm. It wakes me easily but it's not jarring.
My only problem is that it takes up an entire gig of space and there's nothing to be done about it.
Waking up to nice soft sounds was nice but it didn't track my sleep well at all. I had it no more than six inches from me and it tracked nothing, but it directly next to me on the bed and I slept worse from constantly rolling over on my phone.
I've only just begun to use it, but so far it seems relatively accurate as long as you use it properly, the correct distance from you as you sleep is a big deal
The sleep app is not what I expected. It would be good if actual times of of being awake would be recorded. I don't know what the spikes mean. Some spikes are long and some short some are thick. When there are no spikes in sleep does this mean I was not breathing? If the device is too close to sleeper then it spikes all over the place and if too far away no spikes at all. It is like I flatlined. Needs big improvement. What does the paid app entail? Need an app that will accurately record my sleep patterns when I am actually sleeping, how much movement, real time stamps, and when I might stop breathing.
I was so exited when I found out the people who made my favorite sleep sounds app made another cool one! But when I used it I was disappointed. I've been tracking my sleep for a week now, and I like to play the sleep sounds app for 30 minutes and then I usually fall asleep. It worked, but the sleep sounds HQ has the "loudest sound in the night" thing, and it always just plays sometime in the first 30 minutes (when I'm playing sounds with my other app). So it would be great if you could have a setting so people can start it later. Also the graphs are to cartoony, I'd like something a little more accurate and maybe with hourly time stamps so I know when I'm waking up in the night. And I was going to buy the other sleep sounds HQ app but I don't really see why I should, they're basically the same other then extra sounds. If you add extra graphs to that one I would definitely buy it. I can't wait to see an update!
Your last update won't load! Please fix!
Been using the app for I'm sure a month now. Still using because I am much preferring it to my phone's alarm sounds. The gradual waking has been delightful, plus I knew I was not sleeping the optimal Amount of hours for myself. The charting showed me just how less sleep I was getting. I'm still trying to meet my goal of 7 hours of sleep, bc I'm consistently closer to 6. I most enjoy setting my clock and seeing right then how much sleep I'll get based on what time I'm going to sleep. Meets my needs, and I find it cool! Good for setting 25-30 minute power naps too. Complimentary apps for falling asleep to white noise or other sounds are nice too for nights I need them.
If this app were a car it would be a chevy century
It's okay, it fulfills its promises. It wakes you up.
☺️☺️☺️☺️great
Love this app!
This is a cool app because not only does it have cool natural sounds to wake you up to but it also has an option for it to turn off your screen, you know like your screen will lock and it will still work the same. But don't listen to me go try out some sleep science yourself.😀
This app is amazing especially for when waking up is a hard routine for you. Ever since I join a early school program, I had to wake up at 5:30 this app has helped me not just wake up but be refreshed and not grouchy as I usually am if I wake with other alarms. I recommend that you get this if you wake up early.
Just downloaded this app yesterday and tried it last night. Amazing -- you put the phone on the bed and it tracks your sleep patterns. Then you wake up to the gentle sound of your choice. Definitely a keeper!
Great log of my sleep quality and hours by night.
I loved the option to wake up to the sound of the rain but I was not to impressed with how it showed the data. I wanted something that I could see my lighter and deeper sleep times and this only showed me one level. It also would stop working throughout the night and I'm not sure why. I also wanted it to track my sleep w/o an alarm bc I like to sleep in on the weekends.
You can't listen to anything else or keep other apps open with this one or the alarm starts going off. Really annoying. Not sure how it tracks either. Graphs don't tell you anything. Nothing great...deleting app. Waste of storage space.
Cons: I use the option to log my dreams, and occasionally I'll wake up mid night and log a dream if I can recall it.. If I log a dream while it's recording my sleeping patterns the app crashes and I loose the sleeping data from that night and my dreams I just wrote down as well as I have to set the alarm again. Pros: does what it says and does it well
This alarm is awesome! I just wish I didn't have to keep the app open for it to work.
